Here’s a little more detail about the approach:

1. Diagnose. In this stage we would gain an in-depth understanding of the current approach, specifically what works and what needs to be improved

2. Develop. Our team of innovation experts would then work to develop an optimised approach, using as much of your original approach as feasible, but also building in recommendations based on our best practice.

3. Deliver. We would run a cycle of the approach with you and your team to test it and deliver concepts for your business. Based on any feedback throughout the cycle, we then amend and finalise the approach.

4. Document. In this stage, we bring the approach to life for your team, either through a visual or an artefact.

As a result, you get a tailor-made innovation approach which has been tested by the team, with visual support on how to run the approach.
