IMPROVING CONTRIBUTION
Tools, Courses and Resources to help catalyse change and inspire and improve contribution in your organisation.
Improving Contribution in your organisation
What do we mean by contribution and how is it different to performance?
Improving performance is something that the majority of organisations aim for. However, instead, it’s improving contribution across the company that makes the real difference.
Contribution is about the greater good. It’s the difference employees deliver that helps your business succeed. It’s proactivity, going the extra mile, doing that little bit more. Whereas performance is simply activity, the stuff your employees do to hit their goals and targets. Contribution goes one step further beyond just the ticking of boxes. Contributors think about the system as a whole, they spot challenges before they become issues, they are the grease in the wheels that keep everything turning.
At the Treehouse we help organisations create change through people’s contribution.
The COntribution CURVE
At the centre of our contribution programme is a tool we call “The Contribution Curve” - a management and leadership skills competency framework often described as ‘soft skills with structure’.
The Contribution Curve consists of 5 levels, allowing participants to see where they are now and where they need to be in order to meet their current and future role aspirations. As managers rise up the levels they are increasing the amount of contribution to your organisation’s success. Their impact grows and the difference they make increases.
Contribution Training Programme
A management and leadership programme designed to increase the contribution and difference people make to the success of an organisation.
