Tutor time - Facilitating Better Meetings
Description
If you choose the ‘Tutor Time’ optional extra, you’ll meet a real-life tutor virtually to help you with any of the course material (it’s your agenda!) and/or work through your Assignment to help improve your meeting flow.
If you want to focus on virtual meeting facilitation, we can help you explore different ways of facilitating your workshop online. This may be trying out digital tools to suit your workshop such as Mural or Conceptboard, Google Docs or Mentometer, or working out how to drive Zoom. It could be that you need help incorporating asynchronous activities into your process, or investigating the best way to structure your workshop online. You may also want to consider how to make lo-tech and no tech activities work in the virtual space or troubleshoot things that you have tried in the past.
The tutors for the Facilitating Better Meetings course are all seasoned practitioners in facilitating meetings, workshops and programmes. Between us, we have well over 10,000 such events under our belts and have trained others on how to facilitate and run better meetings for the last 16 years – we have the skills, knowledge and experience to be worth spending time with!
