MENTORING INTEGRATION

Catalysing Integration Capability

Mentoring Integration Course

Catalysing Integration Capability

An organisational integration capability can be developed by enabling your best and most experienced integrators to catalyse the development of your less able or newer integrators. Equally, even moderately experienced integrators can benefit from peer support, and to learn from best practice, particularly as the individuals are often spread across a range of teams and have little opportunity to learn from others.

  • Does your organisation need a larger pool of integrators?
  • Do you have a few, talented integrators and need to spread integration capability more widely?
  • Do you know how the integration team should be structured to deliver best effect?
  • Do you have inconsistent integration skills in different parts of the organisation?
  • Do your current integrators feel isolated, vulnerable or lacking in support?

If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions this course is right for your organisation!

This course is designed to equip people to act as mentors for Integrators, catalysing your organisation’s integration capability. It will also provide structured support and a space where current integrators can further develop their integration skills, personal resilience and confidence.
