Our hybrid working programme consists of the following core modules:

This first module covers:

working with teams to identify tasks that are location and hours-flexible
how to improve working practices and behaviours to support hybrid working
turning strategy into meaningful goals for teams and individuals
how to redistribute power through resources and visibility
how to continuously improve the approach to hybrid working
2. Building creativity and innovation in a hybrid working team
The module covers:
building and nurturing creativity and innovation
facilitating brainstorming and problem-solving
3. Managing the change to hybrid working
The module covers:
identifying, managing and influencing responses to change
motivating and engaging teams during times of change
how to think and act adaptably and flexibly
4. Managing contribution vs line of sight management
The module covers:
balancing and navigating across office/site and remote working worlds
understanding the difference between managing contribution vs line of sight management
effective coordination of tasks and task-related communication
establishing strong relationships that transcend the gap between face-to-face and remote working
being role models for ‘ask not tell’ coaching conversations
how to agree and consistently deliver ways to check in with remote and office/site staff
5. Communicating effectively with a hybrid working team
The module covers:
selecting the right method of communication for the audience and message
planning and delivering impactful team face to face and virtual interaction
planning and delivering impactful one:one face to face and virtual interaction
6. Onboarding new team members in a hybrid working team
The module covers:
how to successfully onboard new team members
7. Well-being and resilience for hybrid working

the skills needed for open conversations about resilience and wellbeing
